In-Person Programs

We offer two in-person programs:

  1. The Strength Intensive program aims to teach 3 lifting systems to student-athletes in a 9-week period. We talk about how to structure the program, what a good workout should feel like, and safe exercise technique.
  2. In the Summer of Speed program, we teach student-athletes how to structure a speed training session, how to structure their training weeks, and efficient sprinting technique.
