Summer 2021: 8 Weeks of Training
Dates: Monday 5/31 – Friday 7/30 (Off-Week 6/28 – 7/2)
- M, W, F mornings from 8:00 – 9:30 AM
- M, W, R evenings from 6:30 – 8:00 PM
- Participants can attend any of the 6 sessions per week that work for their schedule. We recommend training at least twice per week. We do have a program for those who want to attend all 6 sessions every week.

The number of participants is limited to 20 to ensure a small group so each individual can get detailed coaching.
- The first 45 minutes of a session are devoted to speed and jump training.
- The second 45 minutes of a session are devoted to strength training. We have programs for youth as young as 8 or 9 years old up through college prep.
